Estimates
There is no charge to request an estimate. We may need more information or a visit to understand the work. Final scope, materials, price, availability and timing must be confirmed before work.
Work and qualifications
Requests are reviewed for fit. Regulated trades, permits, major construction and specialist work are not automatically included. Any relevant qualifications and project requirements must be confirmed for the actual job.
Approval and access
The person approving work must have the authority to do so. Property, tenant, board and business approvals, access restrictions and site rules should be disclosed before scheduling.
